B.A Development Economics

• B.A Development Economics course is a unique one because of its mathematical orientation.
• Developns a strong foundation in economic principles as well as in mathematical toois which is very essential for higher pursuits in economics.
• From the very first batch onwards, without any break, the Department bags at least one Rank in the University Examination.

Eligibility: PDC or HSC examination of Government of Kerala or equivalent plus a weightage of fifty marks for the subject Economics studied by the candidates at the qualifying examination. Admission is also open to PDC or HSC with Mathematics or Statistics provided the total number of such candidate admitted do not exceed 25% of the total strength. However these students are not eligible for weightage of marks.
