Naari Ki Shathi 2016-17

Department of Computer Science, St pius X college, Rajapuram started “Naari Ki Shathi” a digital training programme for the women in kallar grama panchayath. As an initial process, training was given to womens belonging to ward 2 of kallar grama panchayath, in which the college is located. Around 50 women,including the ward member attended the classes.The programme was conducted in association international womens day. Dr. Thomas Mathew, Principal inaugurated the programme. Lt. Thomas Scaria delivered the welcome speech.Presidential address was given Mrs. Mini Raju, Ward member. Dr. R Satheesh Kumar felicitate the function. Mrs Jincymol Joseph delivered the vote of thanks.Classes were handled by Mr. Thomas Chacko, Asst. Professor, Dept. of ComputerScience, Mr. Bibin P A, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Computer Science, Ms. Sithara Thambi, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Computer Science and Mr. Sinoy Lukose,Technical Assistant. Students of Computer Science departments also activelyparticipated in the programme.

Digital India 2017-18

Department of Computer Science, St pius X college, Rajapuram conducted “Digital India” a digital training programme for all the ward members of kallar grama panchayath . All the ward members including the President and Vice President attended the classes. Kallar grama panchayath Preseident Smt. Thressima Joseph inaugurated the programme. Principal Dr. Thomas Mathew presided the meeting. HoD Lt. Thomas Scaria , Vice- Principal Dr. R Satheesh Kumar, Vice- President Kallar grama panchayath T.K Narayannan felicitate the function. Computer Literacy Programme for NHM Nurses

Department of Computer Science, St pius X college, Rajapuram conducted “Computer Literacy Programme” a digital training programme for National Health Mission Nurses of Kasaragod District on 14/01/2019. Around 50 members of National Health Mission Nurses of Kasaragod District participated in the programme. Principal Dr. Sr. Marykutty Alex inaugurated the programme. . HoD Lt. Visit to St Joseph's special school chullikkara

Students and faculties from the department of computer science visited St Joseph's special school chullikkara on 17/06/2019.Social interaction is a cornerstone of the modern college experience so this program helped them to explore etiquette guidelines for interacting with students with disabilities.
